#275 Eastern Oregon Decker
Saddle is shown single rigged (double rigging available) with the ‘C’ tree (combination arches) but the purchaser has the option of choosing from the 3 arch styles in the pictures at no extra cost. Trees are built by Dale Pack Station. Leather is Hermann Oak russet harness leather and oiled saddle skirting. All leather straps and parts are either machine or hand edged to a smooth rounded finish. Breeching back band and breast strap are hand basket stamped. All hardware is brass or manganese bronze. Side boards are red oak. Spider is 4” X 12” and 2-ply. Breast strap is contoured and 2-ply. Breeching is back band style with rolled smooth bridle leather. Breeching and breast strap are sewn curved to prevent inside wrinkling. Hip and quarter straps are 1” wide, all other strapping is 1 ¼” wide. Complete with 3-layer leather bound, stuffed, half breed and attached quarter breed of 33 oz. heavy canvas duck. Cincha is 21 strand with crow’s foot rings.
AVAILABLE OPTIONS INCLUDE: double rigging with double pack cincha, leather paneled half breed. Saddle weight is approximately 37 pounds. Fits horses and mules 850 to 1,400 pounds.
